Throughout the year, IKA puts on events such as karate tournaments, board-breaking and other special classes that IKA members can participate in.

Now that the Tiny Tigers Program is winding down I want to thank Mrs. France and her helper
Michelle Sullivan for the terrific job they did. All the students had a ton of fun and learned a lot about following directions, waiting their turns and working with other children.

Insights Karate Academy was opened in August 2004 in Milford, MA. We strive to serve it's students and the community with excellent service as well as a commitment to improve the

Our Martial Arts classes have a built in anti-abduction program that help teach your child how not to become a victim as well as what to do if someone were to approach them.
Make 2010 you or your child's best year ever! Our class schedules are flexible and we offer customizable programs to fit just about any schedule or budget. Our children's Karate programs are age-appropriate and focus on positive reinforcement to help your child develop confidence in themselves. We also teach your child self-discipline, goal setting, focus, respect and so much more. Some parents are amazed at the almost overnight difference in their child especially in school.
Our adult classes are a great way to help you stay fit or loose weight in a fun and relaxing atmosphere. The great thing about IKA Martial Arts classes is our adaptability to our students. We are able to help even those with physical injuries learn martial arts. At the same time we enjoy helping our students challenge themselves to be the best they can be and to reach their goals, whether its losing weight or learning self-defense. Many of our students enjoy having a place to go after work to blow off steam and forget their troubles, at least for a little while.
